M3L6N9N Society is an apparel and lifestyle brand celebrating Black American culture, artistic expression, individuality, creativity, and generational legacy.

Many of our products are produced on demand through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including Printify.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs, descriptions, sizing information, and specifications.
Actual product colors or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment variations, and printing methods.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing orders.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and adjust available options at any time.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory remedies for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise.
Orders are subject to payment authorization, availability, fraud screening, and acceptance by M3L6N9N Society.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or fulfillment limitations.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Customers should carefully review all order details before checkout.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Most merchandise sold by M3L6N9N Society is produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Production may begin shortly after purchase.
Once production begins, order modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Customers requesting changes should contact us immediately.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our published policies.
Customers are encouraged to report product issues within 30 days of delivery. This reporting request does not limit any legally required remedies.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Product prices and promotional offers may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price presented during checkout, subject to applicable laws governing pricing errors.

M3L6N9N Society works with third-party print-on-demand providers to produce and ship merchandise.
Because many items are made to order, production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Estimated delivery times vary by product, production provider, destination, shipping method, and carrier.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are presented during checkout.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Production schedules, holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing significant delivery problems.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping details before completing checkout.
If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production or shipment.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Customers experiencing lost shipments, damaged merchandise, or fulfillment errors should contact us with their order number and relevant details.
We will investigate the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
